K.T.S.P. Mandal’s Sahebraoji Buttepatil Mahavidyalaya begins with science faculty from 2018. Department of Zoology was established in 2018 with the commencement of B.Sc. course (Choice based credit system). The Zoology department provide course up to F.Y. B. Sc and S.Y. B. Sc class. The department is dedicated to educate the students through various curricular, co - curricular and extracurricular activities such as field visits, conference and Avishkar participation. Zoology is highly allied to our life and natural processes. This enables the students to understand the principles of Environment, Life sciences Health Sciences which forms the strong foundation for the various postgraduate studies. Zoology also encourage syllabus related applied zoology like Sericulture, Apiculture & fishery.
